Attorney General (AG) Agreement Between BWT, UCSA, ITEC and the states of Maine and Idaho

In the states of Maine and Idaho, UCSA, BWT and ITEC have agreed with the Attorney Generals of those states that we will not ever promote, demonstrate or install proven or unproven Free Electricity generators or any device relating to electricity. It is evident by the following, which is an exact quote from the agreement, that these states do not wish their citizens to have any device that produces free energy in their state either now or any time in the future. The named defendants (us) will abide by that agreement and agree to NEVER place any electrical devices or sell any of our products in Maine and Idaho. It will be up to the voting citizens of these states to change the position of their Attorney General if this situation is to change.
II. INJUNCTION
2. Defendant Dennis Lee, his officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, and those in active concert or participation with him, who receive actual notice of this injunction are permanently enjoined from engaging in the following acts or practices:
a. selling or advertising for sale dealerships in the States of Maine (or Idaho);
b. selling or advertising discount buying clubs in the States of Maine (or Idaho);
c. selling or advertising any products in the States of Maine (or Idaho);
d. demonstrating, promoting, installing, advertising or selling generators, or any electricity producing device in the States of Maine (or Idaho);
3. Defendant Dennis Lee, his officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns and those in active concert or participation with him who receive actual notice of this injunction shall clearly and conspicuously state on his website (Mr. Lee does not have any websites) that the products and services advertised (they mean those sold by defendants) thereon are not for sale in the States of Maine (or Idaho).
Of course all clubs and organizations not owned or operated by Lee or any of his companies who have memberships and benefit plans are not restricted in any way from inviting their members to future free electricity demonstrations done in any of the surrounding states or from allowing their members in these states to get their electric bills paid for them in exchange for attending any future demonstrations out of state. Their members in these states are not allowed to ever buy or have any generators supplied on their homes or anywhere else in these two states. No one will ever be allowed to buy electricity devices or electricity produced by any future free energy devices supplied by Lee, (or those indicated in this agreement) anywhere or any time within these two states. But in fairness to the members of various clubs, even at the sake of lost revenues to Lee or those indicated, the people of these states who are invited to attend out of state demonstrations to see for themselves the truth of claims made shall receive free electricity (in the event the technology is proven) by having their electric bills paid for by Lee (and those indicated) as a gift without strings as a reward for their faith. There will be no advertising free electricity demos or promoting free energy technologies in these two states. Some people may be invited to go to out of state demos but are not allowed to be directly recruited for that exclusive purpose.
